• Donations once made are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• We kindly request donors to double-check the amount and details before making a contribution.
• In the rare case of a transaction error (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts), please reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review such cases individually.
