An Appeal from Atma Swabhiman
The economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the leprosy affected colonies the hardest. Income from begging has declined and menial work is no longer available. Loss of livelihood and income has pushed these poor communities into extreme poverty.

The situation has forced us to asking for support. We are thankful for the individuals and organizations that have generously supported us, including the Jago Foundation and the Sasakawa Health Foundation.
Public participation at all levels is required for social inclusion and to help us provide assistance to those affected by leprosy, and vulnerable communities at the right time. We look forward to support from all.
